Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items must be free from pet hair, damage, or signs of wear.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Perishable goods (like treats)

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer exchanges within 30 days. Simply start the process through our returns portal, and we’ll help you find the perfect fit for your furry friend.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal to submit your request.

  2. Follow the steps provided to get your return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or process your exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return to process the refund.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
